I did some research at the last minute & came across a posting of general tips that Mark has posted on some online forums. We are first-time homeowners who have just purchased a home about a month ago. We read a post by Mark Mcnitt on Truila and we decided to shoot him an email without really expecting a response. To our amazement, he responded by the next day and he began making plans to find us a home right away.
Mark helped us throughout our home buying process and he paid attention to every detail about each house we checked out. After we found our home, he pointed out possible problems we may run into and encouraged us to do inspections even though we were buying new construction. However, we appreciated his services even more after we bought the house and the builder threatened not to follow through on some parts of the contract we signed before closing. In the last property sold by Mark in the Medical Center, I witnessed the efficient, courteous timely and professional handling and communication with the prospective buyer and his/her real estate agent in a way I have never seen before.

Having dealt with Mark in the past during my house-selling experience, I knew he would be a good choice to have on my side when it came to buying a home. Both experiences were quite different as when I was selling Mark was out with the camera and taking fantastic pictures of my home!
As for buying, his efforts started months before we got out to look at properties. His constant reminders even though they could be months apart did help us as we slowly made it to the buying stage. Mark helped us stay focused and made the process fairly simple, to say the least. Mark used his team to help us view homes when we were ready. Their professionalism and help was great!
